Linux for my laptop

I have reinstalled Linux, (xubuntu) on my laptop.
I must say that the usability has improved so much since the earlier
versions and my purchased copy of Mandrake Linux. There are so many
programs, most are useful and the interface is so clean.

The one program that they don't have and this has required a dual boot
on the system is FeedDemon. FeedDemon is another great program and is
the only one not yet covered under Linux.

All this said, bit by bit I am gradually becoming a convert.
It is the commoditisation of software and operating systems. The days
of fat margins are gradully starting to fade I feel.
